Precise Land Surveys is an independent land and measured building survey company based in Malvern, Worcestershire. We produce the accurate site and building information that every successful project starts with, from a single house extension to multi-plot development sites.

Every survey is carried out using the latest survey equipment, and drawn up in-house to recognised CAD standards. Because we’re a small, direct team, quotes are quick, questions get straight answers, and drawings arrive when we say they will.

Floor areas measured on site to RICS standards (GEA, GIA and NIA), reported clearly for valuations, lease negotiations, service charge calculations and marketing.

3D Laser Scanning

High-definition reality capture with the Trimble X7: millimetre-accurate point clouds delivered as CAD, 3D models, BIM, or explored in your browser through our online viewer.
