Worcestershire · UK-wide coverage
An independent land and measured building survey company based in Malvern, Worcestershire, working across the UK.
Precise Land Surveys was established to do one thing well: deliver genuinely accurate survey data, drawn up properly, on time. We’re a small, hands-on team, so your project is handled by people who know it well, from the first enquiry through to the finished drawings.
That directness shows in the work. Quotes come back quickly, specifications are agreed in plain English, and if a project throws up something unexpected, you hear about it straight away with a solution attached.
We invest in the best available equipment (Trimble 3D laser scanners, robotic total stations and GNSS), because better data collected faster means sharper drawings and less time on your site. Everything is processed and drawn in-house using professional CAD software, to recognised drawing standards or to your own practice’s conventions.
Measured building work follows the RICS guidance for Measured Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utilities, and every drawing is checked against the field data before it leaves the office.
From our Worcestershire base we cover Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire daily (Worcester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford, Ledbury, Evesham and the surrounding villages), and we regularly take on projects across the wider UK, from Cotswold country houses to London townhouses.
Most of our work comes from architects and planning consultants who need reliable base drawings, but we work just as often with developers, engineers, landscape designers, solicitors and private homeowners. Repeat business and recommendations are how we’ve grown, and we intend to keep it that way.
Fixed quotes, usually within 1 working day.
